This can be scary and overwhelming, but it also provides the opportunity for positive change and growth.
I believe that there are different ways to approach a problem and I value the opportunity to help others figure out what works best for them. I strive to create a safe and collaborative environment where you can openly share your struggles and stressors, reflect on your past experiences, find solutions, and create new meaning in your life.

Insurance & Fees
I am an out-of-network provider for PPO insurance plans. I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill statement at the end of the month for you to submit for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance membership services to inquire about your deductible and reimbursement rates for out-of-network providers prior to our initial session.
My fee per session is $200. I offer some sliding scale spots for those who have limited financial resources.

Over my years of training and experience, I have worked alongside many individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults dealing a variety of life challenges including grief and loss, adjustment issues, anxiety/depression, relationship difficulties, and cultural issues. For those interested in including their Christian faith and religion into therapy, I have specialized training in the integration of spirituality and psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary.
I am currently only offering HIPAA-compliant video sessions to individuals seeking services. I am licensed to provide services in multiple states.
